I booked trains tickets on 15 Feb 2021 which I cancelled on 20feb. I was supposed to get a refund of around 4900 which is still pending. I have emailed and called them several times but they do not have any update for me from the last 2 months they are just saying we are working on your request but they do not know when I will get my refund. There is no proper communication from Paytm team always autogenerated emails comes. No satisfactory answer.
