I placed an order on Trendy Western website on 17th October 2020. Purchased a kurta worth ₹500, and paid online as there was no COD option.
However, I still cannot find any progress on the tracking details of the product. I already raised a query on the website but received no response. There is no customer care number listed either. After searching online, I noticed that many other customers also faced similar non-delivery of product issues with the same company. I have concluded that this website is running a scam and want to get my money back. At the same time, I want to help raise awareness and warn others before purchasing anything on this website.
