I bought treadmill (model number TDM 96) of company Powermax Fitness from online retailer Amazon amounting Rs. 18222 on 3.5.2018. The said product is not working since beginning. The motor of treadmill is not working since beginning. I called the customer care many times. I sent them copy of bill and video of the machine also, but couldn’t get any satisfactory response, even the machine is under warranty. Nothing happened till now and the machine is not working. Kindly resolve the issue. Thanks.
