I tried booking a flight ticket on 16th June 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying “Fare Expiration” as a reason. It has been one month but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse that there is the issue from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. My reference ID is REF907598252. I have called 50 times till now and every time they say wait for 5-7 days even after providing all the details. Till now my money hasn’t been refunded. I have attached my booking details
