I have booked a flight ticket date 16 Dec 2021 from a website called travolook.in/ After few minutes I got a call and an email stating that my booking has been cancelled due to price fluctuations. And said that the amount will be refunded soon. I waited about an hour than I called back and asked regarding the refundable amount. However, the representative said the amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. I begged that the which I paid is the only that I have to book a flight for an emergency matter at home. But they said it’s company policy. Later, when I checked their review online, same happened to many people. Please help me out to refund my money back and take an action what they have done to me during my poor time.
