On September 10th 2021 I had booked air tickets from Tirupati to Hyderabad flight which was cancelled by travolook since they were not successful to book from their side. Since then they had promised to refund my amount within 7-10 working days. Till today it’s been over 8 months no money is refunded to me inspite of repeated follow ups from phone calls and repeat emails.
Everytime I call i had been promised refund within 10 days but nothing has been done till today. They have asked to change my account details as well since my earlier account was not successful … I did that as well and completed all of their requests but no hopes for my refund to be fulfilled till today.
They are been denying any email replies and till today no senior person has ever come over the phone and helped about this issue. Neither the customer care representative has ever spoken truth on the phone.
