I Booked A Flight Ticket On July 7, 2021, With Reference Number REF558161342 and deducted Rs. 3343. I Got A Confirmation Mail, And 20 Minutes Later A Mail And A Call From An Executive Saying The Ticket Could Not Be Confirmed Due To Operational Issue. I Was Promised A Refund Within 7-10 Days. They Are Not Picking Up My Calls Neither Are They Responding To My Mails Regarding The Update On The Refund.
