SIR, I BOOKED INDIGO FLIGHTS USING TRAVOLOOK WEBSITE ON 18/11/2021 (6:30p.m.) FOR THE FOLLOWING PERSN :
SUMAN DOLUI (REFERENCE NO. – REF902364965).
TRAVOLOOK WEBSITE CANCELLED THE TICKET BOOKED WITHING 30 MINUTES OF THE BOOKING. ‘TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER CARE’ TOLD ME VIA PHONE CALL THAT I WILL GET THE FULL REFUND WITHIN 24 HOUR. AFTER 24 HOURS, I REMINDED THEM REGARDING THE REFUND, TO WHICH THEY REPLIED THAT WE WILL BE PROVIDED THE REFUND WITHIN 10-15 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS, ON 7/12/2021, I AGAIN MAILED THEM, IN REPLY TO WHICH THEY SAID THAT WE WILL BE PROVIDED THE REFUND IN THE NEXT 7-10 WORKING DAYS.
IT HAS HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS FROM THE DAY OF BOOKING, STILL I GOT GOT NO REFUND.
I have called and mailed them more than 5 times.
