Airtel charged 200Rs extra for Amazon prime with the package of 700 and it not work ,i also call to Amazon but they said first airtel has to sent request then we can grant permission but airtel don’t send any type of request so, i pay money to airtel not to Amazon, if today my Amazon prime is not start i will complaint fIR against airtel company

Airtel new pack comes with Amazon prime but it not work, they charged 200rs extra on new pack.
