I booked my flight from Mumbai to Guwahati through Travo Look (https://www.travolook.in/) on 19th Dec, after booking they immediately cancelled my booking sighting operational issues and sent me an email regarding my refund which was supposed to be credited back in next 7 to 10 days. I have been chasing them for my amount since then and they keep giving silly reasons that their merchant partner (Free Charge) reversed back the money and other silly reasons, point is I am not getting back my money in any case and I feel very suspicious about their intent to refund the money. I request authorities to take necessary actions against them.
