My self Alok, I have booked flight tickets through travolook of amount 5308. After few minutes I received a msg from travolook that your tickets has not been confirmed and your refund will be initiated, after some time I received a call as well from travolook and the executive was taking very rudely. Now after waiting 10 days still I have not received any single amount from this fraud company. When I call on customer care no body picks the call. And there is no details available about CEO or any other employee, even no phone number mentioned except customer care. Pls help me to get my refund asap. Also pls take some action against this company.
