- I am an international student studying my PhD in India and my number has been registered since I came to India three years ago (the duration of the visa). My visa was extended for a year, so I sent the extended visa more than two weeks ago to 121 by e-mail, however, there is no response and the permanent response from them, we will provide you with any update, knowing that my number is the only means of communication for me inside India.
