Booking reference –REF209436724
I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Gorakhpur on the 3rd of April 2021 and mintutes later I received cancellation email from travolook advising that the tickets could not be booked because the fares increased.
I spoke with Vaibhav from travollok teams and he informed that since the airline changed the ticket price the ticket could not be booked from their end and full refund of paid amount INR 5618/- has already been initiated from their end.
They advised to wait for 10-15 working days and the full amount will be refunded to original source maximum within 15 working days. I kept asking them to share refund reference number but they always refused to give the same. I even sent many emails asking for refund reference number but they never provided the same and sent scripted response advising to wait for 10-15 working days. 26th of April 2021 was 15th working day but I did not receive the refund.
I called them again and now they had another story to tell. Spoke to a very unprofessional agent Julie who very conveniently said THE REFUND COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO SOME UNKNOWN OPERATIONAL REASONS. It is clear that they do not want to refund my money.
Kindly help me get my money back.

This is regarding my REF438430585. That got cancelled on 06 April 21, because of operational issue mentioned by customer support.
But still I haven’t recived my refund till date..which is really not acceptable as per refund policy.
