Description: MY flight ticket was cancelled by Travolook on 7/5/2022. I’ve been following via email for refund but till to-date no refund was provided.
There’s no follow up or holding reply from them although we have mailed them numerous times. Since the cancellation was done by Travolook, I request for full refund of the ticket price. Please urgently expedite and looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks.
Resolution: To refund urgently because it’s pending for almost 5 months.
