I booked an air ticket by using a travel portal” www.travolook.in” on December 1st. The money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Travolook assured me return my money within 15 days. It has been almost 9 months, I wrote several mails and reminders to the company but travolook is not ready to refund my money. Please help me in getting my money back. Booking Reference Number was: REF094787751
