Hi All,
My self Prajith KV. On June 2nd I tried booking my flight ticket thorough website https://www.travolook.in/. Everything went thorough as normal and the money got deducted rs. 3547. After payment the page got disappeared and there was no confirmation page. Immediately I got a call from travolook team saying by booking got cancelled and I have reinitiate it again also my debited amount will be credited back within 5 working days. When I called them after 5 days they said my refund is under process need another 10 working days. I waited again 10 days and they said there is some technical issues and they need additional 10 days gain. today is 7th July and till my debited amount not paid to me. They are keep on saying another 7 working days and they are not returning my amount. Kindly help on this.
