Hello there I have booked an ticket from travolook from Hyderabad to use where I have made the payment from my credit card and received email addressing that it takes 30min time to confirm the ticket and after some time I received call from travolook saying that she is talking from indigo airline and the payment which made to book ticket is wrong I have to pay more 5k to confirm the ticket when I have already paid 14100 to book the ticket and I asked her why should I pay extra after made the payment online so she told they don’t know about that if I pay 5k she will give ticket or els this ticket will cancel and refund will be made it 2 to 4 working days but I want to report they are cheating and ones we ask them for refund they are not responding to our call and disconnect the call
