I have made a booking on 10th June, 2022 from Mumbai to Gorakhpur to an amount of Rs.6992/-. After 10 minutes, I received a mail as well as a call from their customer support that my ticket got cancelled due to some technical issue. She said that, I will received my refund within 7-10 working days but till now I have not received any refund. I have called their customer support for around 20 times but every time they give excuses that due to some technical issue refund not processed and it will be processed within 5-7 days.
After Google it, I found that not only me they have done this with lots of people. Kindly take strict action against Travolook. Their main company is “Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited”
