I booked the flight from Travolook on 1st of march from Bangalore to Ranchi. The money Rs. 3264 got debited but i did not receive ticket confirmation on email. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded. Customer care is cutting the call and not giving any response. I request you to court that please take legal action on this company. Because of this company i have paid extra for my flight booking.

I did an airline ticket. Money deducted from my account. But, the ticket did not get confirmed. I called Customer Support who sounded like taking the call while hanging on a train. The Customer care fraud told me that money would be refunded in 15 to 20 working days excluding Weekends and Public holidays.

Kindly take action against these frauds. I have still not received my hard earned money these people have looted from me.
