Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked through www.travolook.in booking id is REF951759176,I booked ticket through their website for GOAIR Flight number G8-122,PNR F51WQS from CCU to HYD that flight was canceled. Still i am waiting for refund.And its almost 60 days over.I have complained through National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and my docket num is 2637081 and also i have attached complain copy for your reference. Hope you will take necessary action .
