I booked a ticket in August 2021 from Trivandrum to Delhi. It was a confirmed ticket which got immediately cancelled by the company- ‘TRAVOLOOK’ Since then they have been telling that they will refund the money. It has been 4 months . Multiple calls and emails have been sent but no reply. They have been cheating so many people
