REF102797021 Booking cancelled from Agent end saying due to operation reasons amount will be refunded. INR 14,058. Replied to my mail once after that they aren’t replying. No response.
Calling them they keep saying will get done in 1 week. Been more than 43 days every week they say sir next week next week next week.
Now it’s been more than 43 days.
Booking was done on 4th July, 2022
Cancellation on 4th July, 2022
NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENT. FRAUD
I have facing the same problem. Without my consent they have transferred the amount to wallet but it is also difficult to book a ticket from wallet also. I had booked ticket from Bhubaneswar to Delhi on 13th January for travel on 16th January , till now I have not received the refund. it is a fraud agency.
