I had booked a ticket on 20th Dec 2021, from Pune to Indore, Ref No – 237926364
The ticket was immediately cancelled by Travelook and they have not refunded my money yet. Amount debited was Rs 4708/-
Another ticket was booked on 3rd Jan 2022 from Indore to Pune, Ref No – 919515731, this ticket was also immediately cancelled and refund has not been processed yet. Amount debited was Rs 4137/-
I have called the company’s customer care several times and sent them an email also, they simply ask me to wait for 5-7 days, but till now I have not received any refund. Please help me.
