I booked a flight ticket through travolook.in on 13 July 2022 for the travel on 16 July 2022. I got to know about this service from google search having a good review ratings as displayed in some portal. Immediately after the booking I received the mail regarding cancellation with a subject line “Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF417074589”. I called it’s customer care (@0124-643-4800) and the person said that the money will get refunded to me in 7-10 working days. By now it is more than couple of months and travolook has not refunded my money. I have called them several time and everytime thay say that the money will get refunded in 7 days or whatever the nearby date comes to their mind. From their communication and the way they are handing this case, I feel like it’s a fraud. I want a solution to this. I do not want my hard earn money to go to someone’s account through cheating or fraud.
