Hi,
I have booked flight tickets from Travolook, and I got it as under process and their personnel called me and asked for extra 1550 to be paid without which ticket will be cancelled or either that money will be refunded with deduction of conveyance fees 1800, I have argued you hold a responsibility of honoring my booking. He said in such cases we will take 10 days to refund the money. It looks like this is a scam for holding public money.
Kindly take necessary corrective action on fraudsters like this and stop these cybercrimes in minutes if possible. As one or other is becoming a victim for this fraud.
