I booked a flight ticket by Travolook on 19 August 2022. After paying full amount of Rs. 6,136. I received a call saying that due to some reason my flight tickket could not be generated. Today is 29 October and I have not yet received my refund. Calling to customer care is futile as they are most disgusting employees on the planet. No matter how many times you follow up, you get the same reply in same tone from every attendent and you would never get your money back.
