I booked my ticket on 25th august 2021 from chennai to Kolkata round trip, using travolook website.within 2 min booking has cancelled. When I conducted customer care the amount will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours I said the amount should be transfer to my savings account not in your wallet. They said it will take 10 to 15 working days.but they transfer half of the amount in wallet and nothing transferred in my account. Today I called customer care again wait for 7 days.
Please take action against these types of fraudulent companies I am ready to support.

Travo Look Is fraudulent. Within 5 minutes of booking a flight ticket from New Delhi to Jammu , I got a call and an email that flight booking could not be done due to operational issues. Full refund will be given
Inspire of innumerable calls and follow up emails, they keep saying wait for 7 days. Refund has not come even after 1.5 month.
Pls don’t book tickets from this website.
Kindly help the consumers who got Cheated by this company.
