I booked a flight ticket on this site from Patna to Bangalore.
They deduct the said amount and after 10 minutes they mail me that:
“Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF756740381
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at 0124-643-4800 or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you. In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed.”
But did not refund the amount.
I tried 100 on companies customer care but only ivr speaks no any humans pick the calls.
