I have booked my flight ticket from Mumbai to Raipur(travel date 20 Aug 2022) through https://www.travolook.in/ website. The booking was done on 9th June 2022. As soon as I did the booking , I got a message that my ticket is not confirmed and it will be confirmed within 30 minutes.
After 30 mins I received an email that my ticket booking is not confirmed and my full refund of 4168Rs will be refunded. After that I have done hundreds of call to customer care, sent emails , provided them my bank account details, account number etc but they have not refunded the amount till date even after 3 months. Every time I call the customer call executive inform me that my money will be refunded within one week, but it has not till date.
