I have booked a flight ticket from surat to bangalore on 11-sept-2021 using TRAVOLOOK, immediately i got a call from customer care saying ticket is not confirmed due to some operational issues, since that they have not refunded my money every time i call customer care they say 3-5 days but nothing has been done since 2 months.
kindly take some action against them. its a fraud website.
