Called them more than 40 times till now. Customer service agents are trained to just lie about the refund that it is initiated. Then they mention technical issue. Then they say it will take 7 days.
Right now because of the scams, their email ID is also down and unable to contact except through phone.
Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
