Text of Complaint by Saptarshi Chowdhury:

On 09/September/2021, I had booked two air tickets for travel from Kolkata to Delhi (travel date: 12/September/2021) through the website Book Flights Tickets Online, Flights Booking for Domestic & International Destinations.
The ticket price was INR 12058/=, which I paid through my credit card. My card was duly debited for the said amount. Immediately afterwards, a lady called me up on my mobile, ostensibly from the said company, and informed that the said ticket reservation has been cancelled due to an operational reason airline concerned (INDIGO in this case) and the money debited would be refunded to my credit card account within 7- 10 working days. Also I emailed & in the response they said it will take 7-10 working days to get the refund credited. Now 10 days are over. The refund is not yet credited to my account. They are not making any clear statement. Over the call the representatives are saying that the refund has been initiated & it will take some more time (10-15 days) for getting credited to my account (Means over the call they are saying the refund process has been completed from their side). In the latest email response they have written the refund will be initiated (Means they have not yet started the process of refund). I am attaching the entire email correspondence herewith. Now they are receiving calls after trying multiple times. They are not responding to the emails properly. They are saying that the refund transaction has been completed but not sharing the transaction details.

They do not lift the phone (No +91-124-6434800).After trying many times, I could talk to somebody only once., when I was told to wait for 10-15 working days. They do not respond to e-mails. After writing 3-4 e-mails (Mail Id : support@travolook.in), they responded today and asked me to wait for 5-7 working days. I do not know how many calendar days will make their ten working days.
I would like to request you to take necessary actions and help me recover my hard earned money.
