On dec 19th 2021, I bought a 5 year holiday package from the traventure agency. They gave us all sort of false hopes. They also said we will provide gym facility for lifetime but now they are just playing around giving reasons. When you have to book for a holiday for a particular place they just delay the response so that you miss that holiday. You just have to fight with them to get a response and they don’t give the places you chose they just show you some limited places which you don’t even like. Customer care is so pathetic that if you fight with them to get the promised benefits they don’t even respond to your calls the next time.
