I booked tickets in travelook on 20/12/21 but tickets not booked but payment of Rs.8960 made and I received call after few minutes stating I have to pay 4000 to confirm the ticket hence I cancelled the booking. I kept plenty of mails to them but not received any response from them. When I checked online many have raised same kind of complaint Request you to resolve the issue on priority
