Dear sir itook loan mpokket jo rbi guidelines follow nhi ksrta hai maine 10 k liya tha. 5k ka interest penalty k naam par 2500 liya aur principle 5000. Ab jo remaining hai usko settlement karna chahte hai lakin bolta hai nhi principle ka10 times hoge toh 10% waive karenge abhi nahi last 2 months se call kare pareshan kar rakha hai air phone ka contact bhi hack kr rakha hai help me sir.
