I booked a flight ticket for my son on 9th June,2022, which immediately got cancelled by Travelook itself sighting reason of PNR not generated. Post that even after several helpline conversations, and mails,they have not refunded the money debited from my credit card. In all the conversations over phone and mail, they are only postponing the refund proceeds date.
