This is in reference to the airline booking I made on 15 Jun 2021 from https://www.travolook.in.

I had multiple calls with their customer care representative but everyone I was being told to wait for sometime to receive my money back. In a meantime, I also reached out to the Spicejet Airlines to know if they have provided the money to the travel agent and they have confirmed over it. I have attached the image of the promise they made to return the money within 5-7 working days thats in January. Now, February has come and they havent returned my money yet.
I would say that this ageny “Travolook” is fraud and just cheating customers with their hard earned money. They harass consumers and siphon a large percentage of the total money off in this way. The trick is to use fake profiles to highlight quick refunds (when that is not the case), alongside making people accept inordinate delays after having set up a customercare system which placates customers with the same empty promises.
I request you to please help me with my refund.
