I book ticket from Delhi to dabwali from paytm. And at the time of journey the bus Operator said that bus will not go to dabwali and it will go to SriGanganagar( SriGanganagar is 95 km apart from dabwali ) so I have to go SriGanganagar and than I booked a cab for dabwali that cost me 2000 rs . And when I complain to bus Operators they said this is Paytm’s mistake and after this I complained on paytm customer support and they refund me only 157.6 (20% of my ticket fare ). So I want my ticket full 100 % refund for this inconvenience as a compensation.
and I am attach the ticket sent by paytm which clearly state that I book for Dabwali.
