Hi My flight on the 5th of June from Bucharest to Tenerife is cancelled. I cannot get in touch with Travelgenio, whom I booked the flight with. Neither by phone, nor by email. I am attaching a screenshot which shows that the flight is cancelled on the carrier’s side (AirEuropa) but Travelgenio still shows it was confirmed.
