I bought two tickets from travelgenio to come back from Portugal to USA, after visiting my seriously ill father, my self, celeste m santos and for my daughter Jessica m santos we had the date to depart back to united states on November 8th 2018 but my father passed away on November 7th 2018 so we had to stay for the funeral!
I called travelgenio to let them know what had happened! They told me they need proof that my father had passed and documents to prove that he was my father, and also that he was my daughters grandfather!
So when they got all the necessary documents they told me they were just waiting for the airlines to send them the money!!
so , i went ahead and purchase 2 return flight tickets ,But, it’s been a year and they still haven’t refund me the money for the tickets.
