Travelgenio Ticket Ids : 3440230, 3548156
I booked my flight from India to Germany through Travelgenio on the 16th of March. The flight was cancelled by the airline. On contacting the airline they confirmed that the full amount will be refunded but it will have to collected via the agency I booked.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with travelgenio since March 19, and haven’t received any response yet. On calling the contact number provided, it gets redirected to an automated response that doesn’t even work.
I’ve even emailed the customer service email ID they’ve provided, ‘customer.service@travelgenio.com’ but still haven’t received a reply.

It’s been more than a week now and I haven’t been contacted by anyone from your end.
@travelgenio more than a month now and I haven’t been contacted by anyone from your end. I’ve been trying to get in touch with you’ll repeatedly but calls are neither picked up nor emails returned.
