I bought an airway ticket on travelgenio from NUE via AMS to DEL in january 2019 (440 Eu). The flight was due on 31.08.2019. When I arrived I was informed that my ticket was cancelled. I did not get any Information from travelgenio nor my money back. I had to buy a new ticket for the same flights and it cost me almost 1400 Eu! I wrote an e-mail to travelgenio asking for explanation, but received no answer.
