Booked a flight through their website. The flight was on 1st of March. The airline Vistara cancelled the flight and on contacting them authorized a full refund. I spoke to my travelgenio after that to claim my refund and they said they will need an authorization from Vistara. It’s been 5 months now and Vistara has been assuring me that they have sent them the authorization. Yet travelgenio keeps on denying the fact and refuses to process my refund.
