I booked 2 tickets from redbus on 5/6/2023 travel name devanshi travel when i reached pick up point i had 1 bag of 25 kg and bag of 20 to 25 kg but when i spoke to the driver he said They said that every passenger can carry 10 kg but when I spoke to their office over the phone, they said that you can carry only 10 kg in the travel policy and the officers of Redbus, Jalgaon told me about the travel policy, but I don’t know this at the time. Who will say that the driver should not drink alcohol while driving the journey and that the dress should be compulsory.
