Me and My Husband’s Trip Which Was Supposed To Take Place On May 2020, Got Cancelled Due To The Pandemic. Since Then We Have Been Following Up With Malindo Airlines And MakeMyTrip For Our Refund. Its Been More Than A Year Now And These Companies Are Playing The Blame Game. Malindo Asks Us To Get In Touch With MMT And MMT Says Refund Is Pending With MA. We Are Sick And Tired Of Begging For Our Own Money. The Customer Service Of Both Companies Are Pathetic And We Have Not Been Provided Any Resolution So Far. We have reached out to both companies million times and they just keep saying they will get back to us, They never do! Now they have stopped taking our calls and responding to our emails. They owe us around INR 25,000 for the cancelled flights.
