I had booked Two tickets on 09th June having reference no. REF705336003 (5458 Rupees) & REF551690734 (4366 Rupees) , after the payment i have received email and call from Travel look informing the ticket has been cancelled by airlines and refund amount will be received in 15 days. However, this is the over a month now and I have not received the amount nor any information.
The customer support number (0124-643-4800) mentioned is not getting connected, and It appears like a travel look is a fraud websit.
