I booked a flight ticket from bhubaneswar to sringar travel date 23 Apr 24 through veertrip app order id is 40450389. Amount 13421 rupees deduct from my account but order status shows pending and PNR failed. I tried to contact customer care several times for the case but no response. So I request refund ticket amount to me at the earliest pl.
