I had booked 4 tickets from Goa to Hyderabad for 5-jul-2023 in Kadamba transport Goa’s RTC, the bus was cancelled that day and bus operators asked us to raise request for refund in Paytm . It has been more than a month still there is no refund for my tickets and customer service of Paytm is not at all responding in that issue..
