I bought online 2 flight tickets. When my wife and me get the airport to return to our city we were told we had invalid tickets. Then we bought 2 tickets in the desk much more expensive as they were “last minute tickets “. I ask Travelgenio for reimbursement since then, 45 days ago, but they say that are not responsible but the airline is. Searching on internet I found many casas like mine beside other scams as ghost fees and “mistakes” on credit caed debit. The did it in many countries. I got dozens of cases. There are several TW and FB accounts warning the scams of Travelgenio.

I am scared. I need to travel with little children in month of April 2020. Travelgenios is already telling me to contact the companies. I cannot contact the companies since they sold me the ticket. If it cannot be fixed today I would need my full refund and compensation for the money being held.
