I made 2 bookings FMNLA3NBQKK67 and FMNLA3BQO2MS. Flights Guwahati to Delhi. I soon realized it was on wrong day and called them to cancel but they refused to cancel and ultimately put it on Queue and only after 24 hrs were over they were willing to cancel so that I would loose 7000 on both my tickets. They misguided me thoroughly claiming that it should have been done within 4 hrs claiming that now it’s too late when it wasn’t. Kindly punish this travel agents because they are big cheats
